Energy Recovery Options:

1.    Syngas Clean-up / Gas Engine
2.    Syngas Clean-up / Gas Turbine / HRSG / Steam Turbine
3.    Afterburner / HRSG / Steam Turbine / Flue Gas Cleaning

In incineration only this (No. 3) option is possible, since the waste, combusted directly, produces only Off-gas which does not retain any latent calorific value and cannot be used as a fuel.
