EER is the recipient of the prestigious D&B – Luzzatto Technology Innovation Award.

Mr. Zeev Bar Gil, EER CEO, received the award during the Dun& Bradstreet annual event, held on February 24, 2008 at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, attended by many Israel’s business leaders.

Applying strict selection criteria, the judges unanimously chose EER to receive the technological innovation prize, for offering a creative and inspiring solution to the world’s solid waste problem.

Mr. Moshe Stern, EER President, said during interview, that the company’s waste management approach, the PGM technology, presents a solution to the solid waste problem which is superior to other methods, such as Incineration or Landfiling which do not alleviate the long term pollution of soil, air and water and contribute to the Global Warming effect by emitting Greenhouse gases.

These environmental advantages give EER and its PGM technology the environmental and economic potential recognized by the group of judges which included foremost representatives of science, technology and business.
